	Armenian WIM 24-year-old Knarik Mouradian (Lebanon) became Woman Champion of Arab World for the forth time. She gained 7,5 points of 9 in the championship held in Yemen and took the clear first place. Mouradian had 6 wins, 3 draws and no loss. Knarik also fulfilled a Woman Grandmaster (WGM) norm. Earlier Mouradian became champion of Arab world in 1999, 2002 and 2004.
